Weekly Tea Meditation - Tuesday 7:00pm-8:00pm
Relax and enjoy simple meditations with a warm cup of herbal tea. Meditation can be used as a tool to deeply relax and rejuvenate. It can also assist with deepening and strengthening our connection with self. Tea can make any situation, especially in these colder months. We use tea to engage our senses and bring us more deeply into the present moment.
