⭐️ When you seek to heal your nervous system, you face all the fear, anxiety, and overwhelm it is in.

⭐️ When you seek to correct your thought patterns, you face all your faulty beliefs, judgements, criticisms, defeatism, and coping/control mechanisms.

⭐️ When you seek to love yourself more, you face all your self-loathing, guilt, shame, and judgements you have of yourself.

⭐️ When you seek to heal your level of vitality, you face where you are disconnected from yourself and from nature.

The process of healing is not about feeling good. In fact, seeking to feel good all the time and avoiding the dysfunction and discomfort that’s there is what contributes to dis-ease and disharmony.

It can be important to understand this process, to not have any expectations of how things should look or be like when you’re embarking on healing in some way.

If one day you put a lot of energy into loving yourself more, setting healthy boundaries, and making choices out of self-love and respect, and the next day you have a lot of self-doubt and judgements about yourself – that does not mean you’re failing, that’s the process working! The next thing to clear through is simply presenting. So, it’s important to not get down on yourself. Remember the direction you are heading in and keep going.
